Room was good. Garge apartment feels and close to the bar action on St Mary's. Musician friendly. Hiwever, had to pull information out of host about odd check-in messaging. Check-out details came an hour before 11am and I left around 9am! I also received a message from the host 7 days later with a link to pay something and they never responded to my follow-up messages. I had to spend my evening with Expedia to troubleshoot. Don't think I will book again.

Host was quick with responding to questions and requests. The condition (wear and tear) of the living areas were the only reason to not give 5 stars. Overall, it was a great value.
