An updated 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in a friendly setting, located in walking distance to to some of the most popular beach restaurants and venues in St Pete Beach! A short walk out to the heated pool or walk to the beach in just a few minutes to put your toes in the gulf, take a beach chair sit back and relax. The unit is located on the 3rd floor(3rd floor walk-up).
Wall mounted smart TVs in the living room and the bedrooms. A newly remodeled walk in shower. Stainless steel upgraded appliances. Sleeps 4: Queen size beds in both bedrooms.

Beach is located across the street from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.

Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. There are trolleys that can take you to Pass a Grille or Clearwater. Close to John`s Pass for even more restaurants and shopping. It is your choice to sit and relax or go exploring to different islands, museums, the micro breweries, movies and nightlife that the beach and downtown St Pete has to offer.

There is a BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.

Shopping is close by.
Many guests do not bring a car, however a parking pass is included if needed! (Please let us know if you require a parking pass.)
