Quaint and quiet Northshore Villa nestled in the heart of the village of Anna Maria, on Anna Maria Island. Our 2 bedroom 1 bath home has been recently updated for our guests enjoyment. Sit out on our deck in the morning and enjoy a peaceful quiet cup of coffee or enjoy a short stroll to eating wonderfully fresh baked pastries, breads, and roasted coffee at the local antique shop and bakery just off of Magnolia and Gulf Drive. In the afternoon just steps away are some of Florida's best sandy white beaches to relax on or dip your toe or more in the azure blue Gulf of America. Stroll down Pine Ave. and step back in time with quaint store fronts and cafe's and front porches all with rocking chairs. Experience some of the best coastal shopping around. Along Pine Ave., Spring Ave, or Magnolia you have quick access to the west side of the island displaying 7 miles of a white sandy beach or to the east, just a short walk to the bay side of the island and spend time on the historic city pier while fishing, or viewing the Sunshine Skyway bridge.

While down on Pine Ave. you can also experience the quaint downtown area for ice cream, dining, theatre, and shopping. Come and experience island living with us.

We have lived and worked here on Anna Maria Island for over 28 years now and would love to share our little piece of paradise with you.

Fantastic property

We needed a Friday night stay before our week long rental and this place was perfect. You literally can’t beat the location - one block from Pine and two blocks from the beach. The owner was a great communicator and made everything easy. Kids shouted “yay the villa!” every time we passed it that week, and are already asking to return. Super clean, adorable decor and the yard is so charming!

We relocated here to Anna Maria Island 28 years ago from Michigan. We now enjoy raising our family here in this quaint coastal community. We are business owners locally. In addition to running our vacation rental Michelle is a local successful Realtor on Anna Maria Island at Duncan Real Estate, a mom, a local resource for her customers , and recently after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit she now also loves helping people coordinate their property remodels and decor. I enjoy helping to create a lifestyle for my customers so they can also enjoy our amazing tropical sunsets and be a part of a small quaint coastal community. She also finds time to enjoy the beach and watch a few sunsets and volunteer locally.

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase a vacation rental because we knew it was a sound investment and now feel that we hope to be able to share a little bit of this paradise we have found with everyone.

What makes this property unique

The property is unique in its location. Sitting at the historic north end of Anna Maria. We are in the heart of the village of Anna Maria just steps away from Pine Ave. shopping and dining district. You are literally at the best end of the island and walking distance from everything local that you would want to enjoy and experience. Although having a vehicle is nice it is not necessary as there is a trolley that runs north and south on the island to all the necessary conveniences the island has to offer.
