This newly remodeled unit is equipped with a full kitchen with all new appliances. The dining table awaits with seating for 8. The living area has a large 75 inch flat screen TV and comfortable seating for your whole group, which includes new genuine leather sofa/sleeper, new genuine leather push-back recliner, and a new genuine leather rocking recliner.
All beds are new and feature top-of-the-line plush mattresses. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a private ensuite master bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs.This spacious condo sleeps up to 6 and has a new washer / dryer in the unit available for guest use.
The large patio provides a beautiful view of the courtyard area featuring 4 comfortable HDPE Adirondack chairs with ottoman extensions and two matching bar-height chairs and tables, while the front entryway provides a breathtaking view of the bay!
