Your own private resort; this nearly 6000 square foot home is conveniently located in a gated estate community on Wigwam Golf Course in Litchfield Park.

Large heated private pool, heated spa, tiki bar, swim up bar, water features, inverse waterfall, gourmet grill, theater room, detached guesthouse (casita). Fully furnished, game room, five bedroom, six baths – sleeps 10 comfortably. Up to 12 guests if sofa bed and/or airbeds are used.

Outstanding features include:

• beautifully landscaped outdoor area - your own private resort.
• beautiful fully appointed gourmet kitchen; seating for 12.
• five bedrooms – two kings and three queens, four with baths en suite; master bedroom suite features fireplace, walk-in tile shower for two, huge walk-in closet and, best of all, a jacuzzi tub that fills from the chandelier.
• 8 seat theater room with huge projection screen.
• automated AV system including climate, sound system, and pool feature controls.

This home is perfect for entertaining and relaxing for adults and/or families; it is quiet and private, yet close to shopping, golf and restaurants. On Wigwam's Heritage course, close to Luke Air Force Base (6 miles), spring training venues (5 miles), Cardinal Stadium (8 miles), Phoenix International Raceway (12 miles), and 25 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport. Relaxing oasis

We had a perfect vacation. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is exceptional. The hosts are promptly available for questions of any kind. From the beautiful rooms throughout the house to the outdoor area with perfect pool you couldn't want anything more. This will always be our go to destination when visiting Arizona.

Paradise Oasis in quiet neighborhood

We had one of our best experiences with Judy’s beautiful home. Everything went smoothly and Judy responded quickly to our questions. The home was a splendid respite with plenty of relaxing areas to enjoy. We spent most of our time by the spa, pool and backyard. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our family dinners. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend and hope to come back again !

Amazing property

We loved everything about this property, from the location to the property itself as well as the owner was top-notch! Super accommodating, we loved our stay so much we decided to stay an extra night; our flight home wasn't till 5 pm, so we asked for a late checkout, and without hesitation, she agreed and said, “You are welcome to stay and enjoy the place till you need to leave to the airport” I highly recommend this property. Also, the place was well-stocked and spotless, which is super important to me and my family! Thank you for having us; we look forward to booking this house again❤️

2024 NASCAR Championship

This was a full family trip. We had Grandparents, adults, teens, and children and there was something for everyone. This beautiful home was immaculate! We had so much fun enjoying the many amenities of this home. The kitchen is gorgeous and equipped with things I didn’t even know existed!!! lol. The theater room is so comfortable and perfect for movies and popcorn. We were able to teach our younger group to play pool in the game room, and the spa and pool are just magnificent. Judy, the homeowner feels like a friend and was very accessible and kind throughout our stay. In short…we loved our stay.

Worth the wait!

After missing out on this house for the past two years, I'll say it was well worth the wait! The outdoor patio area was tied for primary focal point tied with the in home theater. Both hot tub and pool were extremely clean and elegant. The expansive kitchen was perfect for cooking all things Thanksgiving related with lots of room for all stages of prep although it could use a secondary sink. Very large floor plan made it easy to take a quiet siesta. Other pros: Secure door locks that made the pool area very childproof Intuitive surround sound system throughout the house Master Bathroom is big enough to park a semi truck Pool table

If you are looking for a home that has it all, this is it!!!! Everything about our stay here was exceptional! The home is completely stocked with everything you might need for the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, pool area. Very well maintained and clean. Beautifully decorated. The beds where very comfortable. We had 4 couple's on this trip and not a single complaint from anyone. Very organized and easy to maneuver through the directions and electronic details. The owner was very friendly, quick to respond and wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this home for groups or couples like we did. The home provides plenty of privacy and gathering time if wanted. A paradise for all of us and what a great way to relax in such comfort. Thank you Judy! We look forward to future stays here!!

Beautiful property

Being at this home is like being at your own private resort. The pool area is beautiful! The home is very well kept and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The master suite is huge with a very upgraded spa type bathroom. There is a beautiful game room upstairs with a pool table. Tons of space for everyone. We went with 2 families (7ppl) and there was more than enough space. My only complaint is the TV situation. There is a TV in the kitchen but no comfortable place to sit and watch, there is one outside (but soon will be too hot to enjoy - almost was for us) or you can watch in the Theater room, but because it's a large screen with projector the quality is poor. There is no "living room" with a TV and no TV's in the bedrooms. I personally am someone who likes to sleep with a TV on. The TV in the master is antenna only and were not able to get anything on it. Other than the TV's, this property was a perfect fit for us.

Awesome property

This was one of the best vacations we’ve had in years. Thanks to the owners immediate responses to any requests and the beautiful home and backyard “resort”, we could not be happier. We had a wide range of family member ages and there was always something to do for everyone. Pictures of home don’t do it justice. We will definitely be returning !

Great property for large gatherings.

This place is fantastic for larger groups. We had three families with 11 people total and we had plenty of space. The backyard and pool was a great place to hang out. The kitchen is very well stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable.

Wonderful Property!

5 couples stayed in this beautiful home, to celebrate my wife's bday. There was ample space for everyone, w/ 5 bedrooms and 4 attached bathrooms. The sprawling kitchen was perfect when preparing our meals and the yard was the perfect getaway oasis! The hosts checked in to see how we were doing and were fast to correct a minor issue w/ one of the appliances. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Paradise in Phoenix!

We had a blast from playing in the pool to movies in the movie room. House is decked out and comes with instructions for all the amenities. Owner was kind and responsive when needed, although we didn’t need much because it was so set and ready to have fun! Beautiful house, truly impressive! Highly recommend!!

We are living in the Midwest and started looking for a winter home. We found this home in 2013, earlier than expected, and fell in love. We are looking to share our home until we are able to enjoy it more ourselves.

Why they chose this property

We found this home on a weekend house searching and had never been to the Phoenix area. We loved the area, the gated community, the cleanliness of the city, the ease in which to get around, and all of the shopping and restaurants being so accessible. We looked around the Phoenix area and found the West Valley to fit our needs.

What makes this property unique

We are used to green trees and grass and found the best of everything in our home - being on the golf course, lots of green and a pond, as well as having a gorgeous resort back yard. It is like having our own paradise.
