The apartment is on a 1000 m² green garden with a spacy gazebo, with a barbeque, which makes it perfect for families. It is a beautiful home with artistic features. An alley full of trees and birds will drive you straigh away to the beautiful quiet beach with clear waters approximately 100 m² away. Sea is absoloutely ideal for children because of the shalow water and because of the gold sand on the bottom of the sea. In a small distanse there are two small towns Moydania and Potidea with super markets, bars, restaurants, cafes and taverns and of course hospital, drag shop, doctors, banks etc.
