Great experience

When we first arrived there was an issue with the fire alarm. I called the property manager and she was there in 30 mins and took care of problem. Hot tub was a blessing after a long day. Will stay there again for sure.

Very spacious. Nice and secure neighbor. Close to all shops, restaurants and attractions you would need. I contacted agent about the pool lanai being ripped out by the storm and it was fixed next day. Cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement.

Christmas Getaway

We were very happy with the property. I was concerned when reading the previous reviews but it was not at all like others mentioned. The property was clean, no bugs, even had intact bed covers, clean kitchen and refrigerator, the pool was heated, wash machine worked well, I would suggest to bring your own wash cloths/ towels if its a lot of people. The bathrooms were clean and water hot . Plenty of space, quiet neighborhood and Super Walmart etc less than 5 mins away. Also host had an emergency but still saw to that we were given A1 treatment for all our questions/ needs.

The worst experience ever!

Cheap synthetic bed sheets, uncomfortable beds, dirty carpets, walls, there were not enough dishes for big multi family stay. They charge for cleaning, but you have to clean and remove everything before you leave. We did not enjoy our stay at all, do not recommend this house to anyone.

Awesome vacation

The manager of the property was really easy to work with. She responded immediately to my questions. Our concerns were pretty minor. The light in the frig was burned out. Some ceiling lights needed replacing. The side tables in the pool table room were broken. Other than that it was really quite lovely. I also really wish that they had recycling pick up. We threw out a lot of recyclables. We would definitely stay again. It was a perfect house for our group of 9.

Word choices matter

This rental has a lot of space for family and plenty of seating for gatherings. It was set up to be the perfect getaway for our family trip; however, we had multiple concerns during the stay and the manager did not seem ready to make our stay enjoyable.The pool lights were not working when we arrived. The manager’s solution was to have us stop swimming at 7:30 to avoid needing the lights. The lights were eventually fixed several days into our stay.The ice machine wasn’t working so over the weekend we had to purchase our own ice for use until the property manager sent someone to fix the machine which was several days into our stay.We found two roaches our first morning at the property and the manager did send someone to spray the property that day and we had no more issues with roaches.Overall, we were not satisfied with the manager’s responses to our concerns. The responses were more defensive than understanding and no compensation was given for the multiple delayed solutions to problems that affected our vacation. We spent a lot of time going back and forth with the manager rather than just enjoying our stay.

What a disappointment

First impressions is everything. This house walls were all dirty the bedsheets were all dirty we found underwear and lingerie inside the cabinets, the garbage disposal was not working, they have broken kitchen cabinets and in top of all of that the AC on the second floor never work the whole time I was there. In addition, this was a big house and they only left one toilet roll of paper for each bathroom for six days with not enough towels. When I called in for service two lady came in to fix the garbage disposal, I can tell one of them look like the owner, when I said I was going to make a formal complaint she told me that the owner was from Nigerian(Really!!).Overall I ask to be put on a different house and they told me that was not an option, I’m waiting to see if I’m going to be compensated for my ruined vacation

We came for vacation from several states away. What we found was a run down, version of what the pictures showed. The house needs the carpet replaced, because it is stained and filthy. It will turn your socks black. The house was not properly cleaned. We found wrappers laying around, a barbie doll, and ball as well, on the floor near a bed. There was even smeared feeces on the toilet paper holder in one of the twin bedrooms. The walls all need painted. The pool never got real warm, and the hot tub stopped heating halfway through our stay. When I contacted the person who's number I had, he originally came across as rude. I ended up meeting him in person, and he seemed decent. He did try to the best of his abilities to fix the hot tub. Unfortunately it needed parts, and they wouldn't be in until after we left. We left the house cleaner that we received it. This house has potential, but it shouldn't be rented out until the carpet gets replaced, it gets painted, and it gets a thorough deep cleaning.

The property its self was nice and the manager I had intact with, Stacey, was great. However, the property had cockroaches and ants when we got there. They sent someone to spray right away and we no longer encountered ants, but we kept seeing roaches. I have friends and family that live in southern states including Florida, I know they have bugs, but that is a problem possible infestation at this property. Cleanliness of property when we got there was okay but not good. Also this was an expensive property with a private pool and hot tub, but only after paying for the property stay was I informed that to heat the pool or use the hot tub I'd have to pay extra for each day. This should be up front and shown with amount for each day because it makes the property even more expensive. The air conditioning couldn't be kept below 75 which made for very hot and uncomfortable sleeping conditions. There were other smaller things, like light controls not working correctly and trash collection issues. So overall between issues and bugs, I would not stay there again, wouldn't recommend the property and do not personally think it was worth the price.

Roaches found

during our stay there was multiple roaches from big to little ones, reached out to property manager and an exterminator came the next day. the fridge does not cook down as much. I arrived and one of the rooms bed had a blood stained . One room is always too hot .

A wonderful home-away-from-home!

We felt so at home in this beautiful, spacious and well designed space! Each room had its own nice bathroom and closet space, upstairs laundry room was super convenient, and the pool table room with a tv was a fun place to hang out! The kitchen + large island and dining table was a great space for family to gather and play games. After getting groceries, we had all the pans and dishes we needed in the cupboards to make great meals happen "at home." We made popcorn and enjoyed watching Netflix in the family room. The swimming pool area was awesome and we loved using the resort pool, game room and basketball court! All the other adventures we wanted were within a 10 minute drive! Thank you for a GREAT vacation stay!!
