Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, including a private hot tub, washer/dryer, grill, fire pit, and driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. The garage is not available for guest parking use.

The Neighborhood:

Gorgeous Log Cabin on Ski Hill Road. 4 mins from nearest ski lift and 8 mins from downtown. You can drive to trailhead 4 mins away where you can cross country ski or go for a hike. Or you can just step right out your front door- no driving necessary.



Getting Around:

There is no shuttle from this neighborhood. However, there is a parking garage across from Peak 7 and 8 but you must arrive early. There is also parking down by the gondola in town.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.

Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
