Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued ID may be required. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be subject to cancellation.
Before check-in, guests may be required to complete a secure pre-arrival verification form. This helps us confirm booking details and maintain the safety of the home. The link will be provided through Airbnb messaging after your reservation is confirmed.
Additional Fees & Optional Protection (Please Read Before Booking) To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply: • Pet Fee: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $52.50 for each pet, per stay applies and must be disclosed at booking. • Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book. • Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.

For all bookings over 2 weeks, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to replenish essentials and ensure a fresh, comfortable environment. The cost is the same as the initial cleaning fee, ensuring your stay remains comfortable from start to finish.

Perfect place, exactly as described and more. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Great location if you are doing anything around the Winsport, 7 Chiefs, or downtown.
I didn’t know how to operate the tv. Couldn’t find a regular channel. Maybe leave instructions.

Very difficult to access property without traversing mud from the alley entrance. A broom to clean up mud on entrance would be helpful during this building phase. Steps leading down to front were somewhat sketchy.You really need to advise potential renters of the number of steps to the upper level, and more silverware is required, only one cereal spoon!Property was very clean thank you but not at all handy for pet.
