This beautifully curated retreat is professionally designed with no corners cut to ensure an unforgettable experience for your group or family. <15 mins to both downtown Boone and Blowing Rock (although you may not want to leave!).

Start your day with beautiful mountain views from the spacious deck, and end it in our basement `speakeasy` with a games, huge tv, and a bar. The bunk room (6 twin beds) and 4 spacious king bedrooms gives everyone the space they need across this 3 level home.

◆ The primary king suite with attached bathroom on the main level if people struggle with stairs. There is only 3 steps at the entrance and no stairs up or down to get to this room once you are inside.
◆ Huge bunk room with 6 twin beds with an arcade nook outside of the room.
◆ Private nursery nook in bedroom 2 with 2 cribs and a monitor! Perfect for babies or toddlers!
◆ High chair, kids books, and many family friendly amenities throughout!

This brand new 2025 custom build was beautifully designed with high end furnishings. It`s is tucked away on a paved mountainside road and is easy to access and not steep, offering privacy while being very accessibly to everything the Boone and Blowing Rock area has to offer. Downtown Boone and Appalachian State University are just minutes away. Enjoy nearby hiking trails, scenic Blue Ridge Parkway drives, skiing at local resorts, charming mountain towns, local restaurants, shopping, and seasonal outdoor activities year round.
