Welcome to your perfect Central Oregon getaway! Nestled in the charming Tollgate neighborhood just minutes from downtown Sisters, this beautiful Casita : Studio , bathroom and kitchenette, —offers comfort, privacy, and that classic lodge-style ambiance you’ve been dreaming of.

Casita/ADU:
The detached Southwest-themed Casita offers its own private sanctuary with a king bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and serene vibes—ideal for guests seeking a little extra peace and quiet. Sliding glass doors also lead to the backyard and hot tub—and a wonderful view of the yard. You will be renting the Casita exclusively, no other guests at the main house. The Casita has a kitchenette, no stove or oven. It does have an outside BBQ, a refrigerator, Kueurig coffee maker and microwave.

Outdoor Living:
The backyard is your own private retreat, backing up to BLM land and surrounded by towering pines. Gather around the gas fireplace, grill up a feast on the BBQ, and enjoy the abundant seating and incredible stargazing (Sisters is an International Dark Sky Community!). The hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a day of adventure.

Neighborhood Amenities:
Tollgate is a hidden gem with a seasonal pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, volleyball net, and scenic walking and biking trails. It’s the perfect blend of nature and recreation.

Location & Adventures:
Whether you’re here to ski, snowshoe, fish, hike, bike, or attend iconic local events like the Sisters Rodeo or Quilt Show, this home is your ideal basecamp.

We had great communication with the host and flexibility for an early check-in which was a nice start. The Casita was warm and inviting upon arrival. It had beautiful decor and generally felt new and clean. We enjoyed the location and back yard next to the National Forest and convenient to Sisters. The small hot tub was the icing on the cake. If I lived in the space I would pick more comfortable chairs for my preference, but we made it all work. I noted a few to-dos (like a burnt out bulb) and the host kindly appreciated the feedback. No biggie. Overall this was a great, low stress, affordable stay. We plan to go again in the future.
