Cozy Top-Floor Getaway with Rocky Mountain Views

Wake up to a spectacular view of the Canadian Rockies! This cozy one-bedroom space is a place to enjoy a quiet rest between epic hikes and long drives.

Located only 3-mins drive from downtown Canmore (or a 20-min walk along the river park trail), this space is located close to convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping.

Canmore is also located right next to Banff National Park (20-min drive to the Town of Banff) and makes for a convenient option between Kananaskis Park.

The space
This is a one-bedroom apartment, perfect for one or two guests, and those looking to wind down after exploring the majestic Canadian Rocky Mountains.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, electric stove, sink and microwave, as well as cookware, utensils, and dishware for all your at-home cooking needs.

The bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, top-down/down-up room-darkening cellular blinds for added privacy, as well as a smart-TV to unwind after a day out exploring (Netflix provided, please note that there is no cable TV).

For your comfort, a portable air conditioning unit is installed in the bedroom during the warmer summer months.

Please note that this unit is on the third floor, in a multi-dwelling complex with other units beside and below. Impact noises from other units (footsteps, vibrations, etc) could be heard during your stay.

Guests must climb stairs to access the unit, as well as a flight of stairs in the unit to access the living area. There is no elevator in the building or unit.

Guest access

The suite is self-contained, and you will have exclusive access within the suite. You will also have access to the parking lot (rush, unassigned parking spots).

A shared, coin-operated laundry room is available on site.

The suite is smoke-free (all types). There is a smoking pad next to the Canada Post mailbox-- please ensure proper disposal of butts
Visitors are not permitted in the suite unless they have prior approval. Remove shoes when in the unit, and do not remove any belongings from unit.
Checkout time is by 11:00 AM. Late departures without prior approval that delay our cleaners may incur additional fees.
