Professionally furnished with comfort in mind, this home features an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a private screened pool with lounge seating. Perfect for family vacations, plus access to resort amenities including a lazy river, fitness center, sports courts, and more.

Guests enjoy full privacy, but host support is available if needed.

Located in a secure, gated community just minutes from Disney and Universal. Everyday essentials are nearby with Walmart, Target, and Publix right by the resort. Dining, outlets, and entertainment options are also a short drive away.

Family Christmas Getaway

We enjoyed this property. It was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath access. With the bedrooms on the first floor we could accommodate the elderly family members and everyone else was upstairs. VERY NICE condo! Highly recommended!

Victor’s place was incredible for our party of 5 adults for our short stay for a day at Disney, Universal, and a relaxation day. I am always looking for VRBOs that are hosted by actual individuals and not just a rental company. Victor was responsive when I had questions, checked in to see how the stay was going, and I have no doubts that if we had run into any issues they would have been resolved promptly. Beds were comfortable, the temperature in the townhome was perfect, and the resort access was a quick 10 minute or less walk and was nice to stretch out and relax on a day where we had no plans. We would absolutely stay at one of Victor’s properties again and I’m so glad we chose to stay here! Major retailers are conveniently located just down the road to grab extra supplies you may need. There was plenty of parking out in front for the townhomes at this resort.

Almost everything was nice but upstairs, the bedroom to the right, had a carpet nail strip that was stepped on by my wife and I. This needs to be looked at but everything else was very nice.

Spring break

We didn't get info on early checkin till the day of arrival which was to late. The house sleeps 12 but has seating for ten only 8 spoons and they are serving spoons and the washing machine makes a rather annoying sound. Oh and the bath towels are a little bigger then tea towels.

Hello Keith, Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for the late instructions and for the other items you pointed out. I will purchase a new set of silverware and towels. I have also scheduled a maintenance person to look at the sound of the washing machine that you mentioned. If you come back to the area, I hope you consider staying with us again. We will have all of the issues you mentioned addressed.

Great location/ communication / comfort

We originally had a vacation planned to fort Myers and then hurricane Milton hit … I couldn’t get a refund for my flights only date adjustments … I moved our flights and found this listing a day before we flew in . The property owner was great with communication. There were some small things that came up here and there but I’m not one to complain . I notified the owner and what he could fix he did ! Thank you for saving a vacation my kids had been looking forward to for months !

THE PLACE WAS FAIR CLEAN. BATHROOMS UPSTAIRS WERE NOT A CLEAN. UNDER THE COMMODE LIDS WERE NOT CLEAN. FOUND HAIR ON FLOORS IN BATHROOMS. HAVE TO GET WITH OWNER ON A FEW ITEMS. NO BATHTOWEL BAR IN DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM. FILTER IN FRIG. NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. LAMP IN DOWNSTAIRS KINGSIZE BEDROOM WAS MISSING KNOB TO TURN OFF AND ON. OWNER DID GET REPAIR PERSON TO FIX THOSE ITEMS. I DID NOTE THAT HALL BATHROOM HAD SMALL HOLE IN THE WALL. ALSO NOTES THAT THE DISHWASHER AND WASHER MADE LOUD NOISE WHILE IN USE. TV REMOTES WERE DIFFERNT TO OPERATE IN EVERY LOCATION WHICH MADE IT DIFFCULT TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE EACH TV. THOSE WERE MINOR ISSUES TO DEALT WITH. SMALL WAS NICE TO RELAX FROM A LONG DAY AT THE PARKS. COMMINITY POOL WAS NICE PLACE TO RELAX FOR A DAY OF REST ON OUR REST DAYS.

We opened the front door and were greeted a clean, fresh smell. That set the tone for a wonderful Spring 2021 vacation for our family. Any questions I had were promptly responded to by Victor, the owner. Their maintenance tech was very neatly dressed, quick about his work and super polite. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Towels were clean and fresh smelling. The pool was actually warm, not "sort of warm" (we paid the extra charge for heat). Over all we were very happy with our stay. We would stay again and definitely recommend it.

Nice get away and felt safe

We enjoyed the stay, the main problems were no kitchen towels and the electric went off so the AC control was messed up. after a couple of days we finally got towels, but no dish clothes and ac system was reset. wish there was a gas grill, but the short time we were there that was not a major problem. Another thing I would like at the pool is a hand rail to get in and out of pool. I have drop foot and this would help a lot. Plan on renting again next year

Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. I especially liked that the rooms with 2 beds had a full and twin bed, perfect for kids to share (so I could get my own king bed!). We forgot a suitcase in the house at the end of our stay, and the property manager was very easy to work with so we could return to get it.

Disney family vacation

The townhouse was exactly as the pictures. It was very comfortable and clean. All the bedrooms where very spacious and the beds where very comfortable. The resort is only 10/15 minutes from all the Disney Parks. The water park area and bar is a very nice outdoor area. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this resort again.
