Amber was a terrific and responsive host and the property was clean and in a wonderful location—walking distance to the Ritz Carlton. The washer/dryer was a big plus and the kitchen was perfect for our family of five!

we had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and they had so many perks like A:C, washer/dryer, beach toys and chairs, and the Diet Coke in the fridge was icing on the cake! The TV was even able to AirPlay the USA World Cup Game! When we had an issue, they resolved it immediately, 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely loved this place! The perfect location and newly renovated. Loved having beach and pool equipment there. The kids were so excited about the bunk beds and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer to use as well. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

We stayed here with our family of 7 and it was perfect. Great spot to be able to explore the north shore in either direction. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and the supplied boogie boards and beach chairs made it super simple to enjoy a beach day. Host was easy to work with and gave great instructions. Would highly recommend.

The condo was not very clean, and unfortunately, our stay was much more disappointing than we had anticipated. A few days before our arrival, the host told us that we could check in early. However, when we arrived, we were unable to get into the condo, and the host would not respond to our messages. This caused significant stress and inconvenience at the very beginning of our stay.In addition, the roof was being replaced while we were there, and every morning at 8:00 AM, we were awakened by the noise of construction and nails being hammered into the roof. We were never given the opportunity to sleep in, relax, or enjoy a peaceful vacation.We were never informed before booking that roof replacement was a possibility during our stay. This is something that absolutely should have been communicated to guests in advance so they could make an informed decision about whether to book. Had we known about the construction and the daily noise, we would not have booked this condo.We had been looking forward to this vacation for years, and it was very disappointing to have our experience affected by both the construction and the host’s lack of communication. We feel these issues should have been disclosed or handled more appropriately, and we believe some compensation is warranted for the inconvenience and disruption to our stay.
