Located on the North Shore of Oahu at Turtle Bay, our condo sits on the Championship Fazio Golf Course. There are multiple walking trails and paths that lead to quiet secluded beaches or world-famous beaches such as Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and Pipeline. A large pool is located right outside the front door, and two additional pools throughout the complex. There are two 18-hole golf courses (Fazio & Arnold Palmer Course), 2 tennis courts, a barbeque cabana, a private lanai, and a beach chair with your name on it!

This Hawaiian condo is modern, immaculate, and comfortable with brand new furniture, beds, linens, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is a spacious 1 bedroom + a loft with 2 full bathrooms. This unit has 2 King beds, 1 twin bed, 1 fold out mattress and 1 Pack 'N Play crib. This condo is a non-smoking unit. It has 3 air conditioning units, 3 ceiling fans, washer & dryer, ironing board & iron, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, blender, 40' flat screen TV, cable TV, FREE high speed internet, FREE WiFi, and a computer desk. 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, a cooler and 6 large beach towels available for use. Parking available at no charge and additional designated guest parking area.

Roomy Condo with everything you need if you're staying in. Close to the pool and Beach access with comfortable beds. Like mentioned previously, the sliding glass and screen door is hard to close and open. The loft space is large and cozy with AC and fans throughout to keep cool. Overall, a pleasant place to stay. If you have rowdy young adults like I did it may not be the best option but for a relaxing quiet stay its perfect.

The property offers great location and room for a small family with the beds in the loft. The owner and manager were great about communication and the checkin and out process was easy and just as stated. The pictures seem to be older and the property itself is in need of some updates; especially the patio/screen door which was extremely difficult to slide open and closed. The extra single bed in the loft is functional but really needs to be replaced and the carpeting in the loft needs to be replaced or cleaned as it is quite stained. The kitchen was well equipped although we enjoyed all the food trucks close by so other than coffee and breakfast we didn't eat in the townhome much.

I’ll start with the Cons:- Unit wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped. The floor still had a lot of dirt, the counters were sticky, and there was a lot of dirt on the chairs. The appliances were also not clean.- The sliding door was hard to open/closePros:- Plenty of AC to keep the unit cool- Plenty of space for our family of 5 for 8 days. It was especially helpful to have two bathrooms for all of us.- Lots of beach equipment: towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc - super helpful for our beach outings- Close to Turtle Bay beach and restaurants- Communication with the host was excellentSuggested things to do:Hanauma BayPolynesian Culture CenterWaimea FallsPearl HarborDole PlantationLots of beach time!Mahalo for the stay!

Nice roomy condo on the North side of the island. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great. Check-in/checkout was very easy. Was a little disappointed that the pool closest to the condo was closed the week we were there for repairs. Did not have advance notice of that.

The location of this property is awesome! Walking distance to so much. We found the grounds very clean and the pool nice to relax at. The condo was great for a place to come and go but is in dire need of some general maintenance and upgrades. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
