The adjacent dining area includes a spacious table ideal for shared meals, game nights, or remote work. A dedicated laundry room adds extra convenience for longer stays.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom highlighted by a vintage clawfoot tub with a shower combo, creating a relaxing experience. The second guest bedroom also features a king bed, while the third bedroom offers a single bunk bed—perfect for kids or additional guests. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

This property includes two separate Airbnb units on the same lot: the main house and a private guest cottage. Each unit has its own private entrance, indoor living areas, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), and laundry facilities. There are no shared interior spaces. Guests are expected to be respectful of quiet hours and shared amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool and select outdoor spaces are shared between both units. The pool is a shared amenity and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be courteous to other guests when using shared outdoor spaces.
