The main level features a cozy living room with a sectional, 65” TV, dartboard, and games, flowing into a dining area for six and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and free coffee. Upstairs, three private queen bedrooms each include smart TVs and window curtains. Enjoy fast WiFi, a shared full bath upstairs, a convenient half bath on the main floor, and a backyard with cornhole and a mudroom entry to keep things clean—perfect for families, groups, or business travelers.
The Space:
Main Floor
As you enter the home, you’ll step into the living room featuring a comfortable sectional couch, a large 65-inch smart TV, a dartboard, and a selection of board games. This space is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city and is supported by fast, reliable WiFi throughout the home. The living room flows directly into the dining area, which offers seating for six and provides access to the staircase leading to the second floor.
Continuing through the main level, you’ll find the fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A blender and toaster are available, and complimentary coffee is provided to start your mornings off right. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main floor.
At the back of the house, a mudroom entry provides a dedicated space to remove shoes and keep the home clean. Step outside to the backyard where cornhole is provided for added fun and relaxation.
Second Floor
The second floor features three private bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. All three bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed, smart TV, and window curtains, making them ideal for restful nights and quiet downtime.
A full bathroom is located off the main hallway and is shared by all three upstairs bedrooms. The bathroom is not directly connected to any bedroom, ensuring equal access for all guests.

PLEASE PROVIDE AN AFFIRMATIVE RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. I will show up with the police and press charges. ($500 fine)
• NO smoking inside the house or garage. Smoking outside is completely ok. ($500 fine)
• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine)
• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.
• No pets on the furniture please. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Owners are responsible for pet damage. Pets must be included on reservation or a $200 fine.
•A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Shit happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity.
• No bookings for guest under the age of 25
• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2. If you would like more just confirm first.
• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in , and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($40/hour fine)
Check out instructions:
1. Beds - Please strip all used beds or leave them unmade. If you choose to strip the bed, place the sheets on the mattress or in the laundry basket (if provided).
2. Dishes - Ensure all dishes are washed. Running the dishwasher is perfectly acceptable; just make sure to remove any food from the dishes before starting it.
3. Trash - Gather and throw away all trash. Extra trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash can or under the sink.
4. Refrigerator - Dispose of any leftover food in the refrigerator. Our cleaners will take any unopened food, beer, or water.
5. Towels (Optional but Appreciated) - If possible, please start a load of used towels in the washer. Use bleach on white loads only and use laundry detergent, and run the washer on hot.
6. Early Checkout - If you check out early, please send us a message so we can send our cleaners over. We will also send a message tomorrow; if you will be there until checkout time, feel free to ignore it.
