The German House was reopened in July 2002 as a modern new building in the old guise. The former hotel is located at Wylichstrasse 11, in a central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The beautiful apartment house is only approx. 150 m from the Baltic Sea beach.

Your 3-room apartment 18RB11 has a size of approx. 58 sqm and is furnished for up to 4 people. It is located on the 2nd Upper floor and has a south-west balcony.[nbsp] The apartment is divided into a living room with a complete kitchenette, a bathroom and two bedrooms. In the living room you will find a TV and a music system with CD player. Our guests can also use a separate dining area. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and additional TV, the second bedroom with two single beds. Blackout pleats are available in both bedrooms. The bathroom has a vanity, shower and toilet. The kitchenette includes u. a. a dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator and other useful helpers (kettle, toaster, coffee machine).
