About this property

New Listing! Ski In Ski Out! "HH Creeks Legacy" Updated Cabin-In Town-Close to Copper Chairlift

HH Creeks Legacy - Your Red River Adventure Starts Here! Location, location, location... did we mention LOCATION?

Imagine waking up, grabbing your coffee, and being on the slopes in minutes. Or maybe you'd rather hike the Nature Trail, then stroll into town for margaritas and enchiladas. Evening plans? Fire up the grill, roast marshmallows by the firepit, and watch the stars put on a show. Welcome to HH Creeks Legacy, where "convenient" doesn't even begin to cover it!

This rustic mountain cabin sleeps 6 and sits smack dab in the heart of Red River—literally everything you came here to do is within walking distance. It's like we put the entire town on your doorstep and added a cozy cabin for good measure.

Why You'll Love This Location: Seriously, the location is INSANE! Ski-in/ski-out near the Copper Chairlift and 2 blocks to the Platinum Chairlift you get your pick! (because trudging in ski boots is nobody's idea of fun). One block to City Park where all the festivals, concerts, and community fun happens. Near the River...Stroll to the Red River for fishing, wading, or just sitting by the water pretending to be in a cologne commercial. Near the Nature Trail—perfect for working off all those mountain town calories. Walk to restaurants and shops (your dinner choices: everything). Sleep Tight, Mountain Style.

Downstairs: One bedroom with a king bed that'll make you sleep like you've been hiking all day (even if you haven't).

Upstairs Loft: Another king bed PLUS a full-size bed. It's like a slumber party up there—open concept, mountain views, and room for the whole crew.
The math: 6 happy campers can crash here comfortably!

Two Full Bathrooms (Because Nobody Likes Waiting). Downstairs: Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo for soaking those ski-weary muscles. Upstairs: Shower-equipped bathroom for quick rinses between adventures.

Inside: All the Cozy You Can Handle.

Picture this: You're curled up by the gas fireplace, smart TV playing your favorite show, coffee from the Keurig bar in hand, and you're sitting at the dining table planning tomorrow's adventure. Or maybe you're at the bar with extra seating, chatting with friends while someone else cooks. (There's a full kitchen, so someone should probably cook.)

The full indoor lineup: Gas fireplace that sets the mood. Smart TV (yes, you can binge that show). Full kitchen with dining table. Bar seating for hanging out while the chef works. Keurig coffee bar (because mornings are hard). Washer and dryer (pack light, live large). Rustic vibes everywhere

Outside: Your Personal Mountain Paradise. The back deck is where the magic happens: Propane grill for burgers, steaks, or your famous grilled veggie skewers. Firepit for s'mores, ghost stories, and deep conversations about whether Bigfoot is real. Comfortable furniture for lounging with a beverage of choice. Mountain air that makes everything taste better.

Bring Your Best Friend (The Furry Kind!)
We're pet-friendly! Bring up to 2 dogs (50 lbs or under) for a $75 non-refundable fee per pet. They deserve a vacation too.

Parking: Room for 2 vehicles
A/C: None needed! At this elevation, Mother Nature handles the cooling
Vibe: Rustic mountain charm meets modern convenience
Distance to fun: Measured in footsteps, not miles

This place looks just like the pictures, i thought it was going to be right on the river but there is a house between the back deck and the river. It is really close just not a very good view off the back ofvthe house. It is close to everything in town, we walked everywhere that is really nice.

The original listed showed on the map that we would be closer to the main lift. However, we were not! It ended up working out just fine but we paid the price we did for the location we thought we would be.
