Welcome to your El Paso retreat, a warm and comfortable 1929 home located in El Paso historic Five Points neighborhood. This updated home offers a private fenced backyard with a pergola, two dedicated workspaces, fast Wi-Fi, Roku TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, and comfortable king and queen bedrooms. A rollaway bed is available upon request for added flexibility.
You’ll be centrally located just minutes from I-10, the airport, hospitals, UTEP, Fort Bliss, cafés, bakeries, parks, downtown, international ports of entry and major event centers.
Please note: the kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No dishwasher on-site, please wash used dishes. We’ll be happy to put them away.
Leave all used linens and pillows on the beds. Please DO NOT strip or make the beds.
Checkout is before 11 AM. Late check out must be approved by the host in advance. Unapproved late departures may affect cleaning and incoming guest's schedules.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
•Quiet hours 09:00 PM- 8:00 AM, please respect that your neighbors may need their rest.
