Overall everything was nice inside and outside the house. The noise detector could have been h listed in the description I kept watching it go from green, yellow to red faces I kept telling my friends not to laugh so loud playing charades cause I was scared we was gonna get put out.

Why they chose this property

The location of this property is ideal for a multitude of travelers. You'll be right in the thick of the action in the Bywater neighborhood. Local bars, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance to the property. It is an extremely short drive to the French Quarter and downtown areas. You are also able to get to other parts of the city quickly being just around a mile to the highway. Pizza Delicious and Frady's are two of my personal favorites nearby!

What makes this property unique

The pool table inside is a unique and awesome feature of this home. Having a fun group activity upon return to home is a great option after a fun day in NOLA. The backyard is also great for gathering. This property was also a converted double into a single family home! So there is ample space for gathering in the front of the home compared to a standard home!
