Is a great location! Easy to hop on the streetcar and hit all the hot spots. The host was very easy to contact and gave a great history of the house. Highly recommend for groups or families!!

Everything was great! Met the owner when we checked in and he was very helpful. House was everything we expected and more! Modern and updated, this house was fantastic. Great location, with multiple restaurants close by. We had breakfast at UP & Adam eats right around the corner, and ate dinner at Katie's restaurant an Luizza's restaurant, both about 1 block away. Trolley car is one block away and provided ride to downtown. All in all a great visit.

Great stay

We had a great stay with 14 teammates in town for an Ultimate frisbee tournament and city fun. Great location walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Took a bus to French Quarter as trolly wasn't writing, but bus was easy. House was comfy and clean.

Loved everything about this location. House was awesome. We had 10 people and plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Many near by restaurants, grocery store and close to trolley. Alex was very easy to work with. Will be back again.

Great house for groups

Wonderful, well-maintained and equipped house in quiet, leafy neighborhood, very close to grocery shopping, pharmacy and restaurants, and within easy reach of NOLA destinations. Lots of room for an extended family to gather as a group and for individuals to have privacy. The host, Alex, could not have been more responsive to questions or requests, including for early arrival. Highly recommended for families or other groups planning to visit New Orleans.

Wonderful Homes for Family Reunion stay in NOLA!

We had a wonderful stay at La Belle Cajolée! The host/owner Alex was incredibly hospitable and a pleasure to do business with. He was more than accommodating with our requests, and very flexible. We had one minor issue, which he resolved within an hour of contacting him. The home is BRAND new, and has all of the modern features you could ask for from brand new kitchen appliances to flat screen TV’s in every room. The beds were VERY comfortable, and the AC worked great during the warmer weather while we were there. You can also walk to local grocery stores and a really great Brunch spot called Katie’s which is just 1-block from the home. Overall the home was beautiful, served our family of 13 very comfortably, and we will be return customers on our next visit to NOLA.

A Must Stay Property

OMG!!!! This grand home was everything stated in the details and more. The host was extremely nice and very attentive to any needs (although not really needed because the house was fully stocked and well prepared for our stay). Additional to the host being AMAZING, the neighbors were even more amazing and very welcoming. We were able to participate in the Endymion parade and were able to walk back and forth to the property as needed because it was on the parade route, only 1 block away. There were many amazing restaurants in a short walking distance as well. We would probably not walk to Bourbon St. again, but it was still a very short Uber drive away. All in all, this property was very spacious and met all the needs of my group and we highly recommend.

Awesome Place!

Great place for a large group/family and great location. Plenty of room in this nicely updated house and porches. Good local restaurants, close to grocery store, and 1 block from the Canal Street Trolley which connects you to everything in New Orleans.

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect for catching the trolley and getting to the French Quarter. The house was perfect for our large group. It is large and very comfortable.

Nice property !

We stayed with family during Mardi Gras. It was a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Trolley access was very close. The house was perfectly clean and in great condition. We will stay there again !

The perfect home!!

This was the perfect home for the weekend with my cousin and her family. It is in a perfect location and was the perfect size. All 9 of us fit comfortably with plenty of hang out space. This home exceeded our expectations so much so that we are already planning on making this our home base for the next trip to New Orleans
