Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return the cushions on the outdoor sofas to the lake side bedroom closet and the cushions on the outdoor dining chairs to the storage box on the deck.
Clean the BBQ if used otherwise a fee will be charged if left dirty.
Return the key to the lock box and scramble the numbers. A fee will be charged for a lost key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not drive or park on the grass. If there is any damage to the irrigation system from this occurring, then a $200 charge will be applied.
Please shower before using the hot tub.
No parties are allowed, no-one other than guests are allowed overnight. If day guests come, no more than 4 are allowed.
