Summary:

Charming retreat beneath the Rimrocks! Our spacious 3-bed home welcomes pets and their people just 6 minutes from hospitals and downtown.

Fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar

Fast Wi-Fi, 2 50” smart TVs

Washer / dryer & supplies for long stays

Dedicated parking spot + free street parking

The Space:

Things we can control - cleanliness, amenities, communication and ANY requests.



Things we CAN’T control - the neighbors, the location, the age/layout of the house.



The neighborhood can be quite active & possibly noisy at times w/passing planes.

The neighbors have dogs, although they can’t be heard from inside the house if they bark.



A small deck serves as a landing pad to enter in the front door. You’ll be greeted by large bright windows and lots of natural light. The living room is equipped with a smart tv, sectional and 2 chairs. Please do not touch the router/modem or security camera module.



The dining area has extra cabinets for storage, a 4 seater table with extra chairs and leads into the open kitchen. You should have every utensil available. Enjoy a brand new dishwasher, oven and microwave.



You’ll find a modest half bath on the main level off the kitchen/living room.



Guest Access:

The main floor and upstairs is open for use. We keep the basement access locked as it’s an unfinished area. Washer/dryer are down there and available upon request if absolutely necessary.

Knowing in advance that a house is in the direct line up of the jet runway, would make it almost unrentable. I am displeased that the home is in an urban renewal not yet up and coming area, full of trash around the yard, and under the cliff of the billings airport on direct jet approach.In addition to the type of neighbors which will shoot large, booming fireworks outside the windows until 2am.
