With room for everyone, a game room for fun, and a location close to shopping, dining, and outdoor adventure, this cabin is the ultimate getaway.
Must abide by maximum occupancy of 12 guests and Max vehicles of 5 cars
Guests must sign the `Good Neighbor Policy` form required by the city before arrival
No hot tub use between the hours of 10pm and 7am
Parking in designated parking only, no off street parking
No smoking, vaping or drug use inside the home
No amplified noise 24/7
Trash must be taken to the trash site located at 41970 Garstin Rd, Big Bear Lake, ca 92315 per city requirements
