Fantastic all around! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in how clean, well-appointed and spacious the place was. It is obvious how much the host cares for the place and her guests. Seemless entry, excellent communication with Renee, plenty of room and obvious attention to detail for the comfort of the guests. Thank you, Renee, for allowing us to stay here!

The decor was very nice. Beds comfortable. Close to everything we were there to see. Cleanliness needed some work. Dirty robe in closet, a brown hair found on my towel. I am blonde. drip spots on floor. Had to ask where the thermostat was (it was behind a door) Fireplace did not work. Communication was great. I noticed there was a fee for renting a crib. I did not need one but something to consider if you have small children.

Please read this before booking this property. The pictures are somewhat deceiving. And the area didn’t feel safe. The kitchen area is nice. That’s where it ends. There is built up dust in the corners of carpet, the couch arm was covered in dirt, the big rug in the living room is dirty, and the outside area is all torn up. On the second night of our stay, we saw a man walking down the street with a large kitchen knife, looking like he was on a mission. He then came back and hung out in front of this property. It was very unsettling. I shared this info with the host, but they felt disinterested and said it’s a safe area. All that being said, the beds were comfy and the sheets were really soft. That alone wouldn’t be enough for me to ever book this property again.
