House keeping had not cleaned the place from the previous guest. The trash can was full, the towels were used. Dishes were left in the sink. The house keeping Lady showed up when i was there. There was obvious confusion on both of our parts (language barrier). She left and i understood that something would be arranged for her to come back while i was out and about but nothing ever was.
