This lovely private studio is situated next to the owners home. It is the perfect base for your trip to Zandvoort. A great location, the beach, boulevard and city center all on a walking distance from this nice place.

The studio is very comfortable and fits all your needs. It features a double bed and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and possibility to make coffee and tea. Luxury bathroom with a big shower (Shower panel with overhead shower, hand shower and massage nozzles) and toilet.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

Terrific place- close to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is ideal for walking to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and everything you need. Free parking was wonderful and communication was great throughout the whole process. The place is comfortable and quiet- the perfect place for a beach visit!

Very happy stay in Zandvoort

It was my very last minute booking to Zandvoort as i did not got response from another host. I was very happy for the swift response and the "prebooking confirmation" which saved me from an awkward situation. The room is 2min from the "dogs dunes" where you can let your dog rum any time without leash. also it is very close to the sand beach. neighbors are friendly -- all fine!

Super Lage doch einige Abstriche müssen gemacht werden

Unterkunft war sehr zweckmäßig und lieblos eingerichtet. Die Größe des Zimmers war für 3 Nächte in Ordnung für längere Aufenthalte jedoch ungeeignet. Check in/ Check out völlig unkompliziert. Am meisten gestört hat uns jedoch, dass es zumBad/ Toilette lediglich eine Schiebetür gibt, welche unfassbar schwierig zu öffnen und schließen war. Wir würden trotz der guten Lage jedoch nicht mehr wiederkommen. Für die Ausstattung und Größe ist der Preis schlichtweg nicht gerechtfertigt.

Wir sind zufrieden!!

Wir waren mit Hund für 3 Nächte im Appartement. Der Check-in verlief super schnell und unproblematisch. Leider war unser Kühlschrank defekt. Dieser wurde direkt am selben Tag ausgetauscht und wir durften netterweise unsere Kühlartikel im Kühlschrank des Wohnungseigentümers lagern. In der Wohnung ist alles da was man braucht: Handtücher, Klopapier, Besteck etc. Die Lage ist auch super: Ca 5min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und ca. 10 Minuten zum nächsten Lebensmittelladen. Alles war schön sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Schöner Urlaub, leider etwas Dreckig

Wir haben unseren 4 Tages Trip sehr genossen, jedoch ist die Küche nicht sonderlich gut mit Tellern und Besteck ausgestattet (Menge) und alles Geschirr war dreckig, mussten leider alles neu spülen. Ebenso hat der Abfluss im Badezimmer doll gestunken und in der Ecke über dem Schrank befindet sich ein Schimmelfleck. Für einen Kurztrip absolut ausreichend, mit Mängeln, die zu beheben wären.

Klein aber fein

Kleines Appartement aber völlig ausreichend und nur wenige Meter von der Ostsee entfernt. Wir hatten unseren kleinen Hund mit dabei. Sie sind herzlich willkommen. Der Abfluss im Bad müsste repariert werden. Das Wasser fließt sehr schlecht ab. Etwas um den nassen Boden bei schlechten Wetter aufzuwischen hat gefehlt. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Wir können das Appartement weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt und war für unseren Aufenthalt mit Hund perfekt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Es ist nicht sehr groß, aber völlig ausreichend. Vergleichbar mit einem Hotelzimmer. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Gute Lage, kleines gut ausgestattetes Studio

Das Studio liegt fast an den Dünen und nah am Strand in einer schönen Wohngegend. Die Ausstattung war generell gut und wirkte ziemlich neu, der Boiler hatte allerdings mehrere Aussetzer. Beim ersten wurde uns aber direkt noch abends erklärt, was wir dann tun können.

Kein Aufenthalt zu empfehlen!

Wir können einen Aufenthalt in dem Zimmer nicht empfehlen. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist sehr sparsam eingerichtet (z.B. kein Toaster, kein Backofen, etc.). An der Decke sind nicht nur einige dunkle Flecken sondern wurde auch noch der Feuermelder abgenommen. Abgesehen davon ist die Armatur ist der Dusche defekt. Die Handbrause kann gar nicht benutzt werden, hängt aber kaputt um einen Knopf. Der Toilettendeckel und die Spühlabdeckung sind locker und verhaken sind bei jeder Betätigung. Der Garten draußen ist voll mit Unkraut und wurde lange nicht gepflegt. Die Gartenmöbel sind alles andere als einladend. Die Wände in der Wohnung haben viele Macken und Flecken.

Die Wohnung war sauber und modern, der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Vorab guter Kontakt zum Personal inklusive Video, wie man zur Wohnung gelangt. Tolle Lage, der Parkplatz ist nah gelegen. Leider war der Boden (innen vor der Eingangstür) leicht feucht morgens nachdem es nachts geregnet hatte. Unkomplizierter Check-Out.
