In the middle of the old town of Wenningstedt, this house is in a central location. The apartment is on the second floor. The beach crossing is 3 minutes away on foot. Various shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. This bright and sunny apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. A large living room with leather seating that can also be used as a sofa bed, comfortable wall bed large flat screen TV and free W'Lan access, dining area and open kitchen pantry. The bathroom is modern and functional.  The large balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and invites you to breakfast outdoors in the morning. Parking spaces are at the house. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.

Nicht sauber, kein Schlafzimmer

Im Inserat ist von einem Wohnzimmer die Rede, in der Beschreibung ist auch ein Schlafzimmer aufgeführt. Leider handelt es sich um ein heruntergekommenes 1 Zimmer Appartement mit 2x unbequemen Schlafcouches, die aufgrund Platzmangel nicht beide zusammen ausgeklappt werden können...Die Wohnung für 3 Personen anzubieten ist ein Witz. Die Vermittlung zu Beginn und die Schlüsselrückgabe lief nach den 5 Tagen problemlos. Wir hatten keine Lust vor Ort einen Aufstand anzuzetteln, daher keine Beschwerde dort. Ich würde aber von der Wohnung unbedingt abraten...
