***2017 UPDATES*** New paint, new fixtures, new television, new sofa bed!
This condo is located on the beach, with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The balcony also overlooks the great pool area on the beach side. The unit has 1 Bedroom unit on the 5th floor, with a queen size bed and flat screen television with built in DVD player. Sleeper sofa is located in the den. The den also has a flat screen television as well as a DVD player, and a 4-person dinette table and chairs. Teri loves to cook so the kitchen is stocked with all utensils and appliances you need to make you feel at home. Washer and Drier are new appliances. Unit is within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. You will want to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was the perfect size for just the 2 of us with everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony will not soon be forgotten! We were able to walk to quite a few restaurants as well. Pool and lobby area were nice and clean. Communication with the host was also good. Highly recommend

Clean and a great view of the beach and gulf. There’s no bedroom door, more like a studio. You hear a lot of noise from the street at night with the bed on the street side of the unit, but it was spring break and I’m sure that’s the case with most condos on the beach. Would recommend.

The room was clean and perfect for our small group. Right on the beach. The complex itself was also really nice with an ice machine(paid) and really easy access to the beach. I’d recommend for a small group.

Great location. Close to the hangout where my teens enjoyed walking to when the sun went down. Could have used some more cleaning. Not sure if the sheets had been washed but there were sand in the bed and the pull out bed had no sheets or pillowcases. Other than that. It was a great location.

Beach stay!

Really enjoyed the beachfront property. The condo was clean. Beach, restaurants, and all your needs are conveniently located nearby. Parking costs 50 to park for a weekend, and you can only park 1 vehicle. I wish this information was available upon booking because it was a bit stressful to deal with our 2 cars. But everything worked out as we found public parking elsewhere for our second vehicle.

Joel & Teri purchased this unit in 2003 as a vacation get-away. They live in Alabama and enjoy being a short drive from the white sandy beaches. Both work full-time. They one son and one daughter, and have 7 grandchildren.
