Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Your parking pass(es) must be purchased at the front counter of Island Winds East upon arrival. It's important to keep in mind that during holidays, special event dates, and the prime season, only one parking pass is available per unit.

This property needs a face lift. Wall patching is poorly done, the ceiling has numerous areas of missing covering where it has fallen off. The painting is sloppy and the stovetop looks like someone attacked it with a file. The couch is very uncomfortable. We haven’t used Liquid Life before and we won’t again. We will be going back to our previous rental company.

Perfect Location on the Beach

The beach was nice, but the weather was a little cool. We ate at some excellent restaurants and enjoyed the views. The condo is perfect for a couple, but really not for a family. The staff was friendly and communicated with us before during and after our stay.

Perfect Condo

Great Stay

It was right on the beach with a great view. We were also very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, mini golf etc. We loved that it was like a little apartment to stay in with a washer and dryer and full kitchen. It was very easy to find, and the employees kept in contact with you and answered you back very fast. We just went to a local Walgreens to grab detergent and toilet paper for the week. The pool was always cleaned every morning and security was on sight as well.

We were very impressed with location and Condo! It was very spacious, clean, and all appliances worked well.pool was amazing, we used one of the grills down by pool and ate at the table available, it was very nice! I would recommend staying there to anyone! Close to souvenir stores, restaurants, etc. Beach was nice, Parking lot well lit and pool also at night. We will definitely plan on coming there our next trip.

This 1 bedroom condo was perfect for my husband & myself

Location was awesome. Checkin was easy. Loved sitting on the balcony & watching the sunrise. It could stand some updates on decor( lamp & clock didn’t work & could definitely use a new rug). Unit 505 - overall was a hit with us. Would book again

Room was by elevators. Loud in hallway. Police action at 2am. from intoxicated residents. Building location to things was great! Security was very good. It was a college Spring Break timeline.

Beautiful View, Condo Needs Attention

Cons: Cleanliness of condo wasn’t up to standards upon arrival. Promptly contacted the property management company and reported the issues. However, it took 48 hours to receive a resolution after having to contact them a second time. Concerning that there was no urgency on their part. Closet doors are warped, walls need fresh paint, living room furnishings are worn, blinds leading to balcony do not open. Not enough linens and kitchen did not have basic things like salt/pepper. We had to run out and buy a bottle of hand soap! Pros:Check in/check out process was easy. Quiet condo although it’s next to the elevators.Location is prime. Alvin’s Surf Shop, Lauria’s Italian, High Tides Daiquiri's are across the street and less than a 5 minute walk. Only a 15 minute walk to The Hangout and a 20 minute walk to Sea N Suds.Balcony is the best part of the condo. View is unobstructed. If you’re here for July 4th, the city doesn’t disappoint with their firework show from the pier. Overall:Great potential - Condo should be stocked better and presentation should be improved significantly. I would not stay at this condo again specifically, but I would stay in a different condo at Island Winds East or West. I feel as though there are other rentals within the same price range offering better hospitality.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is small but very nice. Be careful of the elevator on west side of building. My friends were stuck in it. They charge for parking, even for 1 car, which is wrong. A free space should come with the condo. Staff could be a little friendlier. Much needed boardwalk from the pool to the dunes like everyone else. Building is Close to the public beach so some people take advantage of pool and parking.

Mold + Terrible Pull Out + Missing Blinds Slats

I cannot in good conscience recommend this place after our stay. The potential is absolutely there. I just don't see how a cleaning team can come in, do laundry, and clean everything up, and the place continue to be rented out with spots of mold all across the ceiling and a patch of, potentially black, mold above the unit where the air filter went in. The pull out sofa is the loudest, thinnest, most uncomfortable thing I have ever even tried to sit on. The large sliding blinds had a slew of missing slats, therefore very minimal coverage of the massive window. There were patches all over the wall that hadn't been blended to match the rest of the paint, and the flimsy curtain in the main bedroom would not even stay up. I believe due to the mold, my family was all stopped up, congested, and just feeling major allergies our entire stay. We are 24 hours out front leaving, and allergies are clearing up now. Also, be prepared, after spending over 1700 on your trip, you will have to buy toilet paper if you are going to be there more than a couple of days. Only 1 roll of 1 ply toilet paper is provided. I was told it doesnt matter if you stay a day, a week, or 2 weeks, you get what you get, and it is on you for the rest. This property has a lot of potential, but I felt the severity of these issues are underplayed. I did contact management immediately to discuss the issues, but could immediately tell by the replies that there was nothing that could be done and we should just stay gone to keep my kids away from the mold. I cannot believe I just paid over $1700 for this.

GREAT VIEW BUT NO PRIVACY

Great property...Needs some small upgrades. Unfortunately I would not stay here again due to the lack of pricacy on the balcony. You can literaly hear your neighbors and see into the adjacent condo.

It was perfect for what we needed!!! I loved how close it was to everything. It is just my husband and I and we are very low maintenance. As long as there’s a bath tub and a TV in the bedroom we are happy. But this had so much more! 100/10 will stay again!!! Oh and the water pressure in the shower was PHENOMENAL. I miss it now that I’m home. lol.

Convenient, clean

Property was very clean. Ample towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Unit is smaller than it appears in the pictures. I wish there was a door to separate the sleeping area from the rest of the condo as i tend to be up earlier than my husband. But overall, very nice. Close to Gulf shores Pkwy. Lovely pool. Do feel parking should be included, not be an extra $50. Loved the balcony facing the gulf.
