Welcome to the Fläming. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house is located with a wonderful panorama from the sun terrace. This includes a huge garden plot with old trees. In this natural paradise you can see and hear the forest dwellers with open eyes and ears. Deer in the evening, the owl at night, the squirrel in the morning and and and and. Anyone looking for a break is in good hands here. You can find variety in Lutherstadt Wittenberg or on the Flämingskate.

The house has three rooms and has a living space of 44 square meters. You first enter a large studio room in which the hallway, kitchen, dining area and living area openly merge.

In the hallway area is a small bench where things can be stowed away. A shoe rack and hooks offer space for your outdoor wardrobe. The equipment in the hallway includes slippers in different sizes, garden slippers, flashlight, fly swatter, umbrella, mosquito spray and things more. A heavy heat protection curtain on the door keeps the heat in the house in winter and is heat protection in summer.

There is a large Ikea fridge in the hallway, with a large freezer in the lower part.

In the center of the large room is a large dining table by the panoramic window.

Opposite the wall is the warming heart of the house - a stove that can also be used for cooking and baking in the cold season. With the cast iron pan, every steak is a pleasure.

The fireplace is sufficient as a heating source for the whole bungalow in winter. Since you don't add wood at night, it cools down at night. That is why we have also installed an electric parking heater with a timer on the panorama window. It starts in the morning, so it is already warm when you get up.

The open kitchen consists of a new Ikea kitchenette with a stove, oven and dishwasher. There you will find everything you need to cook, sizzle and place settings in the wall cupboards. The equipment also includes a kettle, coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster and coffee, tea and spices.

In the living area there are two sofas on which you can stretch out. A sofa can be opened to a width of 140. You can also sleep on both sofas if you lower your demands for one night.

From both sofas you have a great view of the garden and the field. But also on a television with the standard satellite programs. A few books from different directions, travel literature and board games are on the shelf. A small music system is available.

Throughout the house and on the terrace there is WiFi reception with sufficient speed for communication and surfing, specifically 40 Mbit / s in download and 2 Mbit / s in upload.

The bathroom with a view behind the house welcomes you with new tiles in retro style. The highlight is a large bathtub in which you can also take a standing shower. The bathroom has a silent convector wall heater with a timer so that warmth is always guaranteed even in winter.
The equipment includes bath foam, shower bath, shampoo, toothpaste, a hair dryer and other useful things. Towels and washcloths are provided.

In the bedroom there is a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe and a new large solid wood bed with a width of 180 and new high-quality mattresses. The bed is senior-friendly because it is nice and high. From there you also have a view of the garden. Two large bedside tables and drawers on the bed offer space. The bedroom is newly tiled and underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth. Bed linen is included. You will find additional blankets in the closet.

The bedroom window, a bathroom window and the kitchen window are equipped with fly screens.

Outside there is a natural plot of 1,200 square meters exclusively for you to relax.

At the house is a covered terrace facing south. There is a large table and two large chairs made of solid oak.

There is an open garage, a lockable shed and a shelter under which the firewood is stored, laundry can be hung and where you can sit.

The firewood is included, as well as the lighter and fine kindling. A full firewood shelf is in the house upon arrival. That is enough for several days. You can then bring new firewood into the house. A basket is ready.

A large lawn area for relaxing, sunbathing and playing follows. There is a swing, a large sun lounger and a garden shower that provides sun-warmed drinking water. A large parasol is also included.

A grill and a campfire are also available, but only if there is no risk of forest fires.

There is a walking path around the tall, old trees made of oak, pine, birch, beech and wild cherries. The compost heap is also hidden on the edge.

An invitation to enjoy the sunset is given by a small bench that I set up outside on the property corner.

Many domestic animals live in the garden. Many bird species, squirrels, grass snakes, hedgehogs and and and. On the field you can see deer and, with luck, fox and fallow deer.

The entire house and the property are exclusively available to guests.

Bicycles can be locked in the shed on the property.

I can provide you with my most popular walks digitally (outdooractive). Walked for years and found it idyllic, there would be 2 circuits to start and sniff the area, starting and ending right at the house. Both are 2 kilometers long and lead through fields and fields, forests and through the old village center. Duration 30-45 minutes.

The house is located in a tranquil settlement on the edge of the village.
