Our overall experience with the host and the house was pretty good. The check in process was smooth and Blaine was able to accommodate our trip’s agenda after booking as we extended our stay. Communication with the host regarding the checkout process could have been a bit smoother as there weren’t any instructions provided the night prior to checking out. However, the cleaning staff, Monica, and Blaine were kind and let us complete our check out process without any rush.

Thank you for your feedback. We already mentioned that our software was undergoing maintence with VRBO and it had become disconnected and that's why they didn't send checkout instructions. Thank you for your stay!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, recently remodeled, clean, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of grocery stores, etc. We cooked at home most nights and appreciated that the kitchen was the most well-stocked we have ever seen in a rental. Lots of pots, pans, and cooking utensils, although didnt seem to have an oven-safe pan other than sheetpans. The A/C had a little trouble keeping up the first night while we had a full house and the oven and stove going, but the host was responsive as soon as we texted. The back yard was spacious and fully fenced and a great place to relax with coffee in the morning or playing fetch with the pups. Even had a friendly neighbor come over and throw the ball for a while. Very well stocked with linens, so everyone had a fresh towel. So much room for everyone to spread out. Even has a washer and dryer that one of our guests used. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. I highly, highly recommend this home, just be aware that if you plan to go to a museum or anything, you'll have to drive a good 30 minutes or more.
