When we checked in, the air was set at 86 degrees. The air unit needed Freon. It was a very uncomfortable first night. After speaking with VRBO and the host they finally sent out a service technician the following afternoon.There are a couple of things that would make this unit a bit better. First it needs a new toaster. Toaster was broken. The kitchen needs drying towels. There were no towels to dry dishes. The kitchen could use more kitchen utensils to cook with. There was only one pan , no stock pot and limit kitchen tools. The unit could use extra pillows, blankets and towels. Location- not the greatest neighborhood. There was a gate that had a code to get in so made me feel a little bit better.
