Welcome to Sunset Retreat — a bright, fully renovated 4BR/2BA home in Sanford, minutes from Epic Universe at Universal, Walt Disney World, and SeaWorld. With over 2,000 sq ft, a huge fenced backyard, and sleeping capacity for up to 10, this is your perfect Florida home base.

The King Suite (Bedroom 1)
The primary bedroom features a king bed with premium bedding, smart TV, walk-in closet.

The Queen Room (Bedroom 2)
A spacious second bedroom with a queen bed, large closet, and ceiling fan — perfect for parents or a couple traveling with the group.

The Twin Room (Bedroom 3)
Two twin beds ideal for kids or extra guests, with a smart TV, closet space and a ceiling fan.

The Bonus Room (Bedroom 4)
A flexible fourth space — sleeps two with additional bedding options available. Great as a kids' room, overflow sleeping space, or quiet retreat.

A true chef's kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher), pots & pans, full utensil sets, and a coffee bar stocked and ready to go. Everything you need to cook for the whole crew.

The Backyard
A large, fully fenced backyard — great for BBQs, kids running around, furry friends, lawn games, or quiet evenings outside.

This house has everything you need. It has plenty of space. Comfortable rooms. I have to say that the house is actually bigger than what the actual photos showed. Everyone in my trip had privacy and felt comfortable.The host was easy to reach out during our stay. Enormous backyard if you are traveling with dog. Appreciated the light features with sensors, specially when walking at night. Didnt get a chance to use the kitchen but it has everything you need for a long stay.

The stay overall was very good...but not excellent.The house met our basic needs. It was a very nice neighborhood, quiet and walkable.We visited the zoo and the local museum during the week.There were a few concerns- tight bathroom space for our 5 person visit - 2nd bath really small and faucet is motion activated which is basically useless in a house bathroom - not sure how 8 people would manage.- unkept backyard - garbage bags around, bottle caps, pitted backyard- kinda dirty when we arrived - half full coffee mug on entry table, fingerprints throughout kitchen area- just enough silverware - certainly not enough for the full capacity positives - - back bedroom is huge - plenty big for us and dogs/crates - but only access to backyard is through this bedroom- backyard is fenced so dogs can roam freely- easy access to major routes to Orlando and Daytona- well stocked kitchen for cooking (only needs measuring cups and spoons)- we never ran out of hot water after consecutive showers

This home is incredibly spacious. There is plenty of room for up to 10 guests. We have a huge yard, for your furry friends who want to travel as well. Our location is central to many fun attractions, such as: historic downtown Sanford (mins away!), 4 different lakes under a 6 min drive, two airports under 30 minutes away, parks and the zoo, the Riverwalk, shopping and dining and breweries galore.
