Why they chose this property
I bought this condo both for my personal use during the winter and to rent out part of the year. I like to golf and Ft. Myers was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of the Eastern side of Florida. The neighbors are very watchful and helpful. The community is gated and secure with security keeping an eye on things. It is well managed and cared for. I have a friend that lives locally in Ft. Myers in case of an emergency.
What makes this property unique
I like this condo because it is so quiet and close to everything in Ft. Myers that one might want to experience - Ft. Myers beach, Sanibel and Captiva, golf courses, dining out, shopping, you name it! You can bike to all these locations if you want to. In addition the complex has a workout room and pool to keep you fit. There is even a clubhouse that you can rent for special events.
