Comfortable apartment in a sunny south facing location on a hill! In the village center of Reith with a wonderful view. Equipped with satellite TV, two balconies. Separate toilet, bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Hiking and ski bus in the immediate vicinity. 2 inns and 1 children's playground 2 minutes away. Bread service on request.

Alte und verschlissene Möbel in einer sonst schönen Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt in dem überschaubaren Ort war sehr ruhig. Bäcker und Bank sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Parkmöglichkeiten bei unserer Unterkunft waren sehr begrenzt. Zur hübschen Wohnung mit relativ neuem Bad und Toilette trübten die mehr als in die Jahre gekommen Möbel das Gesamtbild erheblich der sonst sehr sauberen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Ebenso das mit Bindedraht stabilisierte, wackelige Balkongeländer trug nicht zum Wohlfühlen bei.

Große Ferienwohnung mit Schönheitsfehlernin in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben uns in dieser geräumigen Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, wenngleich sie doch an einigen Stellen sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist : die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr alt und abgewetzt, am Einbakühlschrank fehlte die Frontverkleidung und somit der Griff zum Öffnen, das Gefrierfach war defekt und die Innenbeleuchtung ebenfalls. Diesen sollte man zeitnah erneuern. Die eigentlich wirklich schönen Balkone bedürfen ebenfalls einer dringenden Renovierung. Die Brüstungen wackeln und das gesamte Holz ist seit Jahren nicht gepflegt worden. Die Farbe ist fast gänzlich weg und das Holz ist ausgetrocknet und splitter, ebenfalls die Bank auf dem Balkon, nur nutzbar mit Handtuch oder Decke als Schutz. Ferner gab es auf dem Balkon leider nur 3 zusammengewürfelte (Liege) Stühle, einer kaputt und verrostet. Meine hochschwangere Tochter hätte sich nach unseren Wanderungen gern abends zur Erholung in einen schönen Liegestuhl gelegt, doch das war leider nicht möglich. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht und die restliche schöne Wohnung genossen, man hat genug Privatsphäre, es gibt 2 WC. Aber für den doch recht hohen Mietpreis müssten einige Schönheitsreparaturen erfolgen!

erholsame Tage

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung, unkomplizierter Check-in und Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Angaben im Inserat sind zutreffend, Bäcker ist auch gleich um die Ecke - allerdings momentan mit reduzierten Öffnungszeiten. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Ringsum geht es gleich ziemlich bergab/bergauf - ist ein gutes Training.

Einfach ein Traum

Wir bedanken uns bei den Vermietern für diese Unterkunft. Der Ort und die Lage sind hervorragend, wir haben uns sofort Wohlgefühlt. Die Gegend ist bei sehr gutem sowie schlechtem Wetter ein guter Startpunkt für sämtliche Unternehmungen. Hallen und Freibäder sind in der Umgebung schnell erreichbar, sowie viele Wanderrouten rund um Seefeld. Die Bergbahn ist nach 5min Fahrt schnell erreichbar. Die Ortschaft ist sehr gemütlich, sehr freundlich und sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft mit 3 Balkonen und 2 Schlafzimmern hat die schönste Aussicht überhaupt. Auch mit den Vermietern und der Kommunikation war alles bestens. Der Begrüßungs-Schnaps war sehr lecker. Vielen Dank für alles, es war wunderschön.
