Hot tub didn’t work entire time, for 2 days the pool wasn’t heated (residents said happens all the time), No wash cloths, toaster, body soap, no guestbook with instructions, only 2 knife/utensils, Cupbaords were organized. Other tenants in building are renters and pool area was messy & loud and barely dressed. Surrounding neighborhood was ghetto and no place for kids. Unhoused and mentally ill. Didn’t feel safe walking so had to take Uber and drive everywhere. The best part was the view. That’s it.

When you reached out during your stay, our team delivered the kitchen items and extras you needed right away, and the remaining stocking gaps are being corrected with a full inventory of the home. The hot tub is under repair, and the pool and its heating are managed by the community association; we've passed your feedback along to them and are reviewing how the building's shared amenities are described so guests know what to expect. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Beautiful spot and well worth the money , Priceless by all means ! If you’re torn in between this and something cheaper spend the little extra! The spot is right across the street, next to a full market/bodega so breakfast or dinner with a view will be where the money equals out. No need for a fancy restaurant, Or need to travel anywhere! One thing I would say is check in is a little confusing and feels like your solving an escape room so double check and make sure they send the check-in instructions to make sure your in the system and everyone is ready for your arrival . This property is a dream come true
