It is suitable for 4 people and is an ideal base to visit the beautiful region in North Holland. The living room has a modern design with large windows so that a lot of light comes in. From the living room you can thus look out on all sides over the water, towards Westeinderplassen or the harbor. When you stand on the large roof terrace, which is as large as the house itself, you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. There is a smaller terrace on the first floor, ideal for breakfast or lunch in the sun.

The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities. A coffee maker and a 4-burner cooktop ensure that you can easily prepare a delicious meal for your family or friends. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink.



Are you an avid water sports enthusiast? At the reception of Jachthaven Kempers Watersport you can rent SUP boards, canoes and other fun boards. On the Westeinderplassen there are also several sailing schools where you can take a sailing course. Free wifi is available outside the marina. You can use it on the terraces of the boats and in the showroom of Kempers Watersport while enjoying a cup of coffee.



This house has a view from the living room and terrace over the Westeinderplassen, not the marina.



If you want to indulge yourself after a day on the water, you can stroll down to the marina for a delicious lunch and dinner. Coastal towns like Noordwijk and Katwijk are about a 20-minute drive away. Larger towns like Amsterdam and Haarlem are 30 minutes away.
