This floating vacation home is located in a beautiful marina in Aalsmeer. Suitable for 5 adults and 1 child, this is an ideal base for visiting this beautiful region in North Holland. The living room is modernly furnished and has large windows, so you get plenty of light. When you are on the large roof terrace, you have a beautiful view over the surroundings. On the first floor is a smaller terrace, ideal for breakfast or lunch in the sun. The open kitchen is fully equipped and here you can easily prepare delicious meals for family or friends.



Do you love water sports? Here you will find the ideal conditions. You can also visit various sailing schools at the Westeinderplassen to take a sailing course. Would you like to be pampered after a day on the water? Then you can visit the marina's restaurant. Here you can enjoy delicious lunch and dinner. Free Wi-Fi is available outside at the marina. You can use it on the boat terraces and in the Kempers Watersport showroom while enjoying a cup of coffee.



In the surrounding area you will find coastal towns like Noordwijk and Katwijk, which you can reach after a short drive. Amsterdam and Haarlem are 30 minutes away.

Nette Aqua Cabin in Toplage

Die Aqua Cabin ist für fünf Personen ein wenig klein, aber sehr sinnvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Die Lage am Hafen ist schön, leider war dort wenig los. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, das Restaurant auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants, Tankstelle und Supermarkt, so dass man sich gut versorgen kann. Das beste an der Aqua Cabin ist aber die Lage. Quasi alle Top Spots in Zentral-Niederlande sind in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Für aktive Urlauber (und das sollte man sein), ist das wirklich perfekt. Größter Nachteil ist die (relative) Nähe zum Flughafen Schiphol. Dadurch wird es bis Abends, und auch sehr früh morgens doch recht laut.

Sehr schönes Hausboot

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf dem Hausboot. Klein, aber fein. Das nötigste ist vorhanden. Für das Gepäck gab es einen Gepäckwagen, vom Parkplatz über den Steg zum Hausboot. Die Kinder sind vom Boot aus auf den SUP's gefahren. Super gelegen. Ausflüge ans Meer nach Den Haag, Katwijk, Noordwijk, Langevelderslag, Zandfort usw. Und auch Amsterdam gut zu erreichen. Bootstour auf den Wetereinderplassen hat viel Spaß gemacht. Im Boot nur eine Mikrowelle und Herd. Kein Backofen. Keine Spülmaschine. Eine Tüte mit Spülbürste, Spüli, Lappen und kaffeekapseln und Tee gab es. Bettwäsche und Handtücher dazu buchen. Dachterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnensegel. Keine Auflagen. Angst vor Spinnen sollte man nicht haben. Mit Mücken hatten wir keine Probleme.

Schönes Boot mit Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Das Wohnboot ist ansprechend und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im Hafenbecken ist schön. Man hat immer was zu gucken. In der näheren Umgebung findet man alles zum täglichen Bedarf. Im direkten Vergleich mit den anderen Wihnbooten verfügte unseres weder über Klimatisierung noch Fliegengitter. Beides war sehr unangenehm bei über 32 Grad. Auch der Schlafkomfort, sprich das Bett kann verbessert werden. Und um es perfekt zu machen wäre für den Mietpreis eine Spülmaschiene toll. Aber abgesehen davon bietet das Boot alles für einen schönen Urlaub.

Ein "Ferienhaus" mal anders

Auch wenn man "nur" eine Aussicht in den Hafen hinein hatte, war es sehr schön draußen zu sitzen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Auf dem Dach ist die Aussicht dann noch um einiges besser, allerdings war es bei unserem Besuch leider zu kalt. Lediglich die "Gartenmöbel" sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aber ansonsten sehr Empfehlenswert.

Toller Urlaub

Das Hausboot hat voll unsere Erwartung erfüllt. Obwohl draußen schon kühl, war es drinnen dank Heizung gemütlich und wir hatten extra Kissen und Kuscheldecken mitgebracht. Der Supermarkt 1,5km entfernt ist gut sortiert und hat die besten Brötchen für‘s Frühstück. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Amsterdam & Den Haag, nachts ist es sehr ruhig.

Schönes Aqualiving

Schönes Aqualiving, Ferienwohnung direkt ins Wasser gebaut. Näher bei Leimuiden als bei Aalsmeer. Die Region eignet sich unter anderem für Fahrradausflüge. Wir haben ausserdem Ausflüge nach Amsterdam und Utrecht sowie an die Atlantikküste gemacht. Wichtig: Im Sommer Mückenspray nicht vergessen!
