You can also enjoy your favorite music in the large feel-good sauna using the integrated Bluetooth sound system. CONSISTENTLY HEALTHY! The house consists almost entirely of natural materials and thus largely does not require any chemically manufactured materials. As a result, the amount of pollutants in indoor air is almost zero. Indoor air measurements from TÜV Rheinland were able to confirm this. All building materials have been tested and approved by scientists from the Sentinel House Institute. The house also has a special vacuum system that transports allergenic substances such as house dust, pollen, mold spores and bacteria directly from the inside to the outside. Normal vacuum cleaners would distribute them back into the room with the exhaust air. The furniture was also developed together with interior designers specifically for the resort to be healthy and is free of plasticizers and solvents. YOU CAN FEEL IT! The holiday home sets a completely new benchmark for healthy living construction in this segment, which goes far beyond the predicate "allergy house". The three bedrooms each have a double bed (160x200) and a large built-in closet. If necessary, an extra bed (80x200, for a fee) can be added. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a 32 "TV. The majestic living room (39 m²) with a ridge height of 5.80 m and gallery on the upper floor has a dining area with open kitchen and bar as well as a sofa area with 40 “TV and SONOS sound bar. The sound system can be controlled via the tablet embedded in the kitchen wall or via your smartphone using the SONOS app. In addition to the shower room on the ground floor, the upper floor has a spacious full bath (18 m²) with a free-standing bathtub, large sauna and balcony. The lounge furniture in the gallery invites you to read a good book or you are simply fascinated by the large panoramic windows into the vastness of Pellworms. All kitchen appliances such as a stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment as well as a washing machine and dryer come from Miele. Thanks to a state-of-the-art fiber optic connection, a powerful internet connection is available (e.g. for streaming). The WLAN in the house can be deactivated on request. You can also take your meals in peace on the large terrace area. A terrace table and 8 chairs are available. Three loungers with cushions invite you to sunbathe extensively. The garden offers plenty of relaxation and play space. Even in the cooler months, nature and the house complement each other perfectly. After extensive dyke hikes in the fresh sea air, just make yourself comfortable in the sauna or on the sofa or indulge in what works best here: the well-kept doing nothing!
