The more than 50m² large apartment Sonnengarten captivates with its unobstructed view and garden area which includes a spacious glass-covered terrace. The apartment has a new built kitchen with sofa bed which also offers space for two people. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The apartment has its own spacious bathroom.
Two parking spaces can be used free of charge for each apartment.
Bath and hand towels as well as the complete bed linen are provided once.

Erholung mit Aussicht über Zillertal

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Wochen im Appartement im EG und fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und schönes und sauberes Appartement. Schöne Blick auf die Berge. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge im Zillertal und weiter.

Sommerurlaub mit Baby

Die unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Man erreicht schnell verschiedene berge oder auch den achensee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls schnell erreicht. Zu fuß gestaltet sich einkaufen jedoch als schwierig, da man schlecht über die B169 kommt, da es selten unterführungen/ Brücken gibt. Der vermieter war sehr nett und hatte unserem kleinen ein gitterbett von seiner familie besorgt, so konnte er problemlos bei uns schlafen. Die matratzen von unserem Bett waren leider sehr weich. Man ist direkt eingesunken. Besteck war etwas wenig da, musste man öfter als eigentlich nötig den Geschirrspüler anmachen. Die küche ist sonst gut ausgestattet mit toaster, Kaffeemaschine, wasserkocher, herd, ofen, gefrierfach, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler.

Alles okay

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles soweit gut. Es war sehr sauber. Leider war die Küche nur spartanisch eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft roch es stark nach Heizöl, welches wir gleich gemeldet haben. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht, das Problem konnte leider, für uns, nicht gelöst werden.

Super Ausgangslage zu den Liftstationen

Die Wohnung hat einen super Blick auf das Tal/ den Berg von Fügen. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Spieljochbahn mit dem Auto. Es ist auch ein Schibus gefahren. Hierfür musste man übers Feld ca. 200m abkürzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gleich um die Ecke. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Keller. Für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend. Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten. Ein Wohn/Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch für 2 Leute. Ein großes Bad. Von der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden. Nur die Anzahl an Geschirr und Besteck war überschaubar. Schön war die Schuhheizung im Flur für mind. 8 Paar Schischuhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schöner Wanderurlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche Gast in dieser FeWo. Die An- und Abreise sowie die Kommunikation mit Günter waren reibungsfrei und vorbildlich. Lieben Dank für die sofortige Reaktion auf Nachfragen und Bitten. Ist nicht immer selbstverständlich - wir wissen das sehr zu schätzen. Die Wohnung selber liegt im Keller - war dadurch nicht so super gemütlich (natürlich immer Geschmackssache) ... aber bei Aussentemperaturen von > 30 Grad ein Segen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen / Laufrunden ideal geeignet. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Erholung in der Natur

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal gelegen um Ausflüge in die Berge oder an den Achensee zu machen. Auch Fahrradfahren an der Ziller entlang ist wunderschön.

Nette Wohnung mit großer Terasse

Die Kellerwohnung in sehr gutem Zustand. Eine große Terasse gehört ebenfalls dazu. Der Vermieter war sehr Hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir hatten dort einen schönen Urlaub und werden die nächsten Jahre bestimmt nochmal zurück kommen.
