Rocks 122 is part of The Rocks Residence Club, a secure gated community in North Scottsdale surrounded by Pinnacle Peak, Troon Mountain, and the McDowell Mountains. Guests enjoy priority access to Troon North Golf Club (Pinnacle & Monument, both Golf Digest Top 50) along with privileges at 29 additional Troon-managed courses across Arizona.

The villa is close to Scottsdale’s top hiking trails including Pinnacle Peak Park, Tom’s Thumb, and Brown’s Ranch. Just a short drive away are luxury dining and shopping at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and Old Town Scottsdale. •. At check-in, a $250 hold will be placed on your credit card. This is not a charge, but a temporary authorization to cover any incidental expenses you may incur during your stay (such as food, beverage, or other clubhouse services).



How it works:

• The hold is placed when your card is presented at check-in.

• If there are no incidental charges, the hold will be released within 24–48 hours after checkout.

• Once released, the funds will reappear in your account depending on your bank’s processing time—it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days.

• If any charges were made, only the amount used will be charged, and the remaining balance (if any) from the hold will be released.



This is a standard practice to ensure a smooth check-in process and quick access to clubhouse amenities. Thank you for your understanding.



Please be aware that each year from mid-September through October, golf courses in the Scottsdale area undergo annual overseeding in preparation for the upcoming golf season. After that, all golf courses are cart path only for about a month after reopening. Please check directly with golf courses for exact dates of cart path restrictions during the overseeding period.
