Was in town for a fishing tournament with my son. The home was very clean and had plenty of space. The long driveway and gate is a great feature and bonus! Really enjoyed the home and will definitely be back!

Beautiful house! Living area and kitchen are huge! House was very clean and very comfortable. Beds were great. Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to this area! Hope to stay here again.

The house was absolutely beautiful and that very comfy home feel as soon as you walk in the door! The host is amazing and answered all my questions and helped out with even things like good places to eat!! would definitely recommend everyone to stay at Runie’s place!!!!

Our hosts were welcoming and accommodating, and communicated well with us. The house was clean and spacious and had almost everything we needed. Anything else we needed was just a short drive away. No WiFi yet (we were aware of that beforehand), but cell phone signal was good and was able to use my hotspot. Hosts indicated that WiFi it has been ordered.

This home was perfect for our family on a trip to Orange. We were in town for a couple of funerals, and we needed to have beds for 6 people. And we were able to keep our small dog there too. The alternative hotel offerings were not nearly as nice and would have cost twice as much for three rooms. The kitchen was spacious and allowed us to have meals together and the three bathrooms were handy for so many people trying to get ready for a more formal type occasion. We didn't really cook much in the kitchen, but there were plenty of pots/pans/cookie sheets, etc. A coffee maker and toaster - we didn't use them because of our schedule, but they were available. The only issue we had was using the TV. We didn't want to use our Amazon logins or any other streaming service, so we just didn't use the TV. The host was great with instructions and notes for the gate code and the lock on the door. And having the garage was wonderful so we could help our elderly members get in and out of the house.This is the perfect place for family stays in Orange.
