The space
The property is spacious, single level, with no stairs, which makes it suitable for people with limited mobility, accessible to people with disabilities (wheelchair). It features a comfortable foyer, a large living room, a dining area, and a spacious kitchen. There are three bedrooms—two with queen-size beds and the third with a bunk bed for two people and a child. The property includes two full bathrooms and a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.

The expansive open terrace with ocean views offers direct access from the bedroom, living room, and dining area. The property has excellent cross-ventilation, along with air conditioning in all areas and water reserve tank. It also includes two parking spaces and 24/7 security.

The condominium offers two swimming pools, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and direct access to the beach.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close all windows and doors, turn off the air conditioners, and lock the property securely. • If you were provided with a gate remote or clicker, please leave it inside the property before departing.
Log out from all personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.).
Dispose of all trash in the outdoor dumpsters. The trash compartment outside the apartment is located next to parking space number 508. It’s a white concrete closet with a brown door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No additional guests or overnight visitors are allowed on the property. Guests and visitors must abide by PDY Condo policies and procedures.
Transportation: If you plan to explore the area, consider renting a car. Public Transport: Public transportation is not an option in the area.
Parties, illegal drugs, smoking (indoors), lewd behavior, fighting, gambling, the consumption of alcohol by minors and loud music are not permitted.
