The modern apartment is located in an idyllic, quiet basement location. The apartment is ideal in midsummer as it stays pleasantly cool even in hot temperatures and still offers a sunny terrace. The apartment is part of an apartment building, from which it is only a few minutes' walk to Lake Constance. Other important everyday facilities such as baker, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, lido, train station etc. can be reached on foot in a few 100 meters. With a living space of approx. 52m² and a small terrace, the friendly 2-room apartment is ideal for 2 people. A sofa bed offers additional accommodation for up to two more people. Baby cot can be added on request. The apartment has its own private parking space.

Da es keine persönliche Übergabe gab waren manche Dinge - Mängel - nicht zu Regeln. Eine Nachbesserung wurde nicht gemacht, daher wurde die Unterkunft vorzeitig von mir verlassen. Die Miete soll zurückkommen. Ich warte noch darauf.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Terrasse ist wirklich sehr klein und wer mit Auto und Fahrrädern kommt hat ein Parkplatz Problem. Zum Glück sind in der Nähe öffentliche Parkplätze, den haben wir genutzt.

Super Wohnung

Der Ort ist wunderschön, alles da, was man braucht. Bäcker, Metzger, Edeka und dm. Sehr schöne Uferpromenade. Die Ferienwohnung war top ausgestattet, selten so erlebt. Matratzen waren bequem. Die Kellerwohnung trotzdem hell und freundlich mit kleiner Sitzecke im Aufgang. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Hunde waren auch erlaubt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub im Seestern

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt zwar im Untergeschoss, ist aber trotzdem recht hell, außerdem schön eingerichtet. Sie hat auch eine kleine Terasse, die ist allerdings wirklich sehr klein. Die Vermieterin kann jederzeit kontaktiert werden und gibt gerne Auskunft und Tipps für den Aufenthalt.

Sehr nette Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei. Man bekommt Voucher für Bus&Bahn, so dass man diese Möglichkeit kostenlos nutzen kann, wenn man nicht mobil ist. Kommunikation mit Inessa war einwandfrei. Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe ist vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen.
