You can get to your domicile via the elevator or the stairs. The hallway with cleverly integrated wardrobe leads to the very stylishly furnished living and dining area with high-quality leather furniture and a wood-burning stove for cooler days. Entertainment is provided thanks to a flat-screen TV and a CD / MP3 player with Bluetooth option for smartphones. One thing is certain - here you will experience pure relaxation! For the warm and sunny days, you can relax on the spacious roof terrace with an electric awning and high-quality garden furniture. As the name suggests, you have an excellent panoramic view of the Jade Bay here - simply magical!
The open and modern kitchen is equipped with the best and latest branded appliances. The light-flooded dining area with a beautiful solid wood dining table and leather chairs creates a cozy atmosphere.
You have direct access to the northwest roof terrace from both the living and dining areas.
The master bedroom to the right of the entrance with a large double box spring bed offers plenty of daylight, but can be darkened quickly thanks to coated curtains. Even from the bed you have a wonderful view of the Jade Bay with the lighthouse Arngast. A chic wardrobe with sufficient storage space rounds off the offer in the master bedroom.
From the master bedroom you can go to your own dream bathroom with a large, walk-in summer rain shower and a large corner bath. The illuminated, large mirror above the washbasin and the integrated radio complete the harmonious overall picture. Here, too, you have an excellent view of the Wadden Sea.
Back in the hallway, go straight to the second bedroom with a double box spring bed, large wardrobe and flat screen TV for the best entertainment. Of course you also have a sea view from this bedroom! Next door is the second, comfortable shower room with toilet.
