▪️This property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 6 guests if needed.
▪️Surveillance or recording devices on property. Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home.
▪️RV Access for an additional fee of $50 per night. The RV is optional, includes additional sleeping space, and does not have bathroom access. Access details will only be provided if the RV is booked.
▪️We are pleased to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability and applicable fees ($25).
▪️To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we perform weekly pest control to keep no-see-ums, mosquitoes, and other insects to a minimum. Florida’s warm, tropical environment can occasionally attract pests, but rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure your stay is enjoyable and relaxing.
