Two bedrooms are located upstairs and the third bedroom is located on the lower level, accessed by a private door.
The heart of the villa are its inviting outdoor areas, complete with a private pool, courtyard and a beautifully landscaped coconut forest perfect for lounging, sunbathing, or enjoying meals in the fresh air. Whether you’re paddling through the canal at sunrise, unwinding by the pool in the afternoon, or simply savoring the tranquility of this secluded setting, the villa offers a relaxing blend of comfort, charm, and waterfront adventure. Other things to note

-Electricity usage is metered separately and $150 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any power overages are charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.

-Guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check in.
