Great place and very communicative hosts. Thought booking and our stay they were very friendly and had quick responses to our questions. Less than a 10 min walk to the 2nd Ave station and lots of great food in the area. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this two-bedroom apartment in the East Village. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location — surrounded by so many great restaurants, shops, and things to do.The management team was extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything very easy. We also loved how simple it was to get in and out of the building with the keypad access.A huge bonus was the first-floor patio with chairs in the back — such a rare find in New York City and a perfect spot to relax.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Do not hesitate to book!

Great location. House could use some updating. King bed frame was partially collapsed when we got there and we were unable to fix it, but we made it work. Other issues included hot and cold spigots reversed, limited kitchen utensils, uncomfortable seating. The location was wonderful, and the apartment was clean.

We loved the neighborhood. It felt very safe and so much to eat nearby. It was wonderful for traveling all over the island. The apartment had everything we needed and it all worked great! Only downside we had was the address listed and sent to you is NOT where you are actually staying. They send you the actual address 24 hrs prior to check in. (All the pictures and description is the actual apartment though)
